The products on the website are only available for sale to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products are not available to persons under the age of 18 years and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We aim to provide accurate product information. Please contact us if you need clarification about a product before ordering.
Product prices and availability are shown on the product page. Photographs may include styling accessories or other items that are not included; the product description identifies what you are buying. Delivery is charged separately and is calculated at checkout using our published postcode rates. Deliveries outside our priced areas require an agreed quote. See our delivery information.
Made-to-order products, cancellations and returns
Made-to-order products are manufactured for your agreed design, size, fabric and configuration. Changes require written agreement. Cancellation is free before production starts and before non-cancellable materials are committed specifically for your order. Later change-of-mind cancellation requires agreement and may involve reasonable, documented unrecoverable costs, accounting for costs avoided and any recovery. There is no automatic percentage cancellation charge or blanket deposit forfeiture.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for in-stock Raveena bed frames. Faults and other consumer-law claims remain covered. Read our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy for the complete terms, refund timing, contact details and appointment returns at our Smithfield warehouse. That policy governs cancellations and returns if older wording elsewhere conflicts with it, without reducing terms already agreed for an existing order or your legal rights.
