Orders for products which are made to your specifications, including custom made furniture products or custom fabric products which have to be ordered specifically for a customer, may be subject to payment of a deposit which will not be refunded if you decide you no longer want the products and in general cannot be refunded. Orders made to your specifications which are custom made furniture products are considered to be correct as per your instructions at the time of ordering, this includes fabric choice, the product as ordered and particular specifications in regards to height, additional detailing, placement to drawers, legs on furniture and any other specifics determined by you the purchaser/buyer.
