RETURNS & REFUNDS

Having happy customers is our top priority! So, please choose products carefully. The majority of Bedsonsale products cannot be resold due to: health/hygiene reasons and custom made furniture which has been made to your specific requests.  Due to these reasons, Bedsonsale is not obliged to refund for incorrect choice, change of mind or items not fitting into your residence. 

Pillows, quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors & pillow protectors

  • Due to health reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on our duvets/quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors. 

Custom made / Made to order items

  • Orders for products which are made to your specifications, including custom made furniture products or custom fabric products which have to be ordered specifically for a customer, may be subject to full payment and cannot be refunded for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the item.
  • Orders made to your specifications which are custom made furniture products are considered to be correct as per your instructions at the time of ordering, this includes fabric choice, the product as ordered and particular specifications in regards to height, additional detailing, placement to drawers, legs on furniture and any other specifics determined by you the purchaser/buyer. Once the item is ordered it cannot be changed.
  • Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure bed bases, mattresses, drawer bed bases, gas lift beds, bed heads and any other items/goods ordered and purchased from Bedsonsale will fit into your residence. Bedsonsale is not responsible for any items/goods which will not fit into your residence. No refunds are given for items/goods ordered and purchased from Bedsonsale due to change of mind or the items/goods not fitting into residence or room. 

 

Cancellation of Order

  • Should you cancel an order after payment is received either in the form of a deposit or full payment, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged - this applies to mattresses only. Custom made furniture items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. 

Exchange 

Your comfort is a top priority and on the rare occasion, after sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 7 days (to allow appropriate adjusting period) and a maximum of 14 days, we offer an exchange of mattress for replacement.  The following terms and conditions apply:

  • Customer must have slept on the mattress for minimum of 7 days and no longer than 14 days.
  •  The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value – if greater you will need to pay the difference to the value of the new mattress.
  • Exchange between sizes in not allowed. 
  • Original packaging must be retained and is void f the product is altered, broken, odorous, damaged or soiled.
  • Exchange does not extend to bed base or any other purchased product other than the mattress. 
  • Request for exchange must be accompanied with original receipt.
  • Additional fees must be settled before replacement occurs, these are: An exchange fee of $ 500.00, Mattress pick up fee of $ 100.00 and Replacement delivery fee: minimum $ 100.00.
  • Due to health reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on our duvets/quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors.

 Conditions of Sale

  • Services such as delivery, installation and other services requested are not refundable. 
  • Delivery fee is charged for one delivery only. If no one is home to receive your items on the prearranged day or if you call to cancel the delivery on the same day, a second delivery fee will be charged. 
  • Rescheduling delivery times must be done so one day before delivery. 
  • Any outstanding balances must be paid to Bedsonsale before delivery. Please check all products carefully once they are delivered, as later claims for damage may not be accepted. Manufacture faults relating to self-assembly products must be reported within 7 days. 

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a product which is damaged or faulty (through no fault of your own) we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you. You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Confirmation of damage may be required by photograph or damage assessment. 

Warranties and Guarantees

  • Almost all of our products are covered by a warranty or guarantee. In rare circumstances, if a problem should occur you need to contact us and you'll need to provide us with proof of purchase. So, please keep your receipts safe. 
  • Warranties and guarantees do not cover change of mind, wrong colour choice, feel of a mattress. Rips, pilling, creasing, fading or damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning are also not covered. Stitching of seams and zippers are covered by a one year warranty. For mattress warranty/guarantee please see the warranty/guarantee that comes with your new mattress. 
  • If you are making a claim for a manufacturing fault you will be required to take a few photos of the problem and a service call from the manufacturer may be required. 
  • There are no refunds or returns for change of mind on special orders and mattresses. And please remember, refunds or returns are only available at our discretion and where the product is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging complete with instruction/assembly manuals and any accessories. 
  • If a refund is issued it can only be paid to the customer whose personal details are noted on the tax invoice. Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. If you purchased using a credit card, any refund must be issued back onto that card. Please note that processing times for refunds to credit/debit cards are outside of our control. Paypal refunds will be processed to the card or account used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds will generally be processed within 24 hours. Goods must be returned before the refund can take place. The customer is responsible and liable to pay for all transport costs in regards to the goods being returned.
