Delivery Detail & Cost
Delivery cost to Sydney metro areas range from $50. Please note, our delivery quotes are for delivery to ground floor only. If you require additional delivery assistance (i.e. flights of stairs etc) please specify in the order instructions/comment box at checkout (a minimal surcharge may apply).
You must provide clear and unobstructed access area for the delivery of goods. Difficult access requires prior notice and additional delivery personnel may be required and additional delivery charges may result. Our personnel will at all times be diligent and careful, but cannot be responsible for any accidental damage that may occur during the delivery process. Please check your goods/items can be easily delivered as we are not responsible for any item/items which cannot or will not be able to be delivered into your residence due to access restriction or size of the item purchased.
Free delivery when available is for the Sydney metro area only. Items will be delivered on a specified weekday only and someone must be at the delivery address to receive your order. Free delivery does not include assembly or removal of rubbish, it is only delivery of your order to the specified address. As soon as we receive your order we will contact you asap to arrange delivery.
Delivery cost not to metro areas

5-12 working days delivery
At BedsonSale we value quality. All our mattresses, bases are made to the highest quality standards. Due to this, delivery times may vary between different products.
BedsonSale is able to deliver most mattress and ensemble bases within approximately 5-12 working days of your payment (depending on stock availability). Custom made bedheads; bases and frames take approximately 4 – 5 weeks to be made and are then delivered to you ASAP. Our course we will contact you and keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Delivery days and confirmation
On receipt of your order from BedsonSale, you will be receiving an email or phone call direct from our Customer Service team outlining your delivery times for your specific order. The appointment is typically a 2 hour window period Monday to Sunday.
If you have a specific delivery requests please add it into the comments section when you place your order or let us know when we contact you regarding your delivery.
Can I pick up my goods?

Our Sydney showroom is located at 682 Darling Street, Rozelle, and Sydney.
What will happen on the day of delivery?
On receipt of your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 2 hour window period between Mondays to Sunday.
If requested we can call you on the day of delivery to give you a 2-4 hour delivery window. Every effort is made to ensure that the product is delivered on time.
You will need someone at the delivery address who will be able to take charge of the item ordered.
Will you assemble my bed?
Yes. For a small additional fee our professional delivery team can unwrap and assemble your order within the Sydney Metro Area. Please let us know in advance.
Will you remove my old mattress / bed?
We use Sydney Mattress Recycling for removal of your old mattresses. Why do we use Sydney Mattress Recycling? Simple, normal mattress disposals go to landfill, these guys sell the spring units as scrape metal and the remainder are used for pet bedding or carpet underlay. This makes disposal of your mattress as environmentally friendly as possible.

Can I change my order?
If you find that for any reason you need to change an item in your order, please call us on 02 9555 1844. We need to know of any changes before your order is delivered, so please notify us as soon as possible.
Every BedsonSale mattress comes with a minimum 5 year manufactures warranty to protect you from product defects. Product warranties/guarantees differ between manufacturers and between different model items and most provide between 5 to 10 years warranty. Full warranty details are available with your product. If you’re not sure simply call us on 02 9555 1844 to discuss your warranty/guarantee options. After you receive your purchase you must return the enclosed purchase registration with the product to the manufacturer.
What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
At BedsonSale, we take great pride in the quality of our mattresses and bedding products. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us on 02 9555 1844 within 24 hours. We will replace any item that is found to be defective at the time of delivery. Alternatively, we will refund the total cost of your order, including delivery and return charges after inspection of the damaged or defective item.
