RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

Having happy customers is our top priority! So, please choose products carefully. Most of BedsonSale products cannot be resold due to health and hygiene reasons and custom made furniture has been ordered to your specific requests. Due to these reasons Bedsonsale is not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.

MADE TO ORDER STOCK

Orders for products which are made to your specifications, including custom made furniture products or custom fabric products which have to be ordered specifically for a customer, may be subject to payment of a deposit which will not be refunded if you decide you no longer want the products and in general cannot be refunded.  Orders made to your specifications which are custom made furntiure products are considered to be correct as per your instructions at the time of ordering, this includes fabric choice, the product as ordered and particular specifications in regards to height, additional detailing, placement to drawers, legs on furniture and any other specifics determined by you the purchaser/buyer.  Once the item is ordered it cannot be changed.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product which is damaged or faulty (through no fault of your own) we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you. You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Conformation of damage may be required by photograph or damage assessment.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Should you cancel an order after payment is received either in the form of a deposit or full payment a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The delivery fee is for one delivery only. If no one is present to receive delivered goods on an arranged day and a second delivery is required you will be charged for the second delivery. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to delivery of goods.

WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

Almost all of our products are covered by a warranty or guarantee. In rare circumstances if a problem should occur you need to contact us and you will be required to provide us with proof of purchase. So, please keep your receipts.

Warranties and guarantees do not cover change of mind, wrong colour choice, rips, weaving, pilling, creasing, fading, damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning. Stitching of seams and zippers are covered by a one year warranty.

There are no refunds or returns for change of mind on special orders and mattresses. And please remember, refunds or returns are only available where the product is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, complete with instruction manuals, assembly instructions and accessories.

Refunds generally are only paid to the customer whose personal details are noted on the tax invoice. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you purchased using a credit card, any refund will be processed to that card. Please note that processing times for refunds to credit/debit cards are outside of our control. Paypal refunds will processed to the card or account used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds will generally be processed within 24 hours.  Goods must be returned before the refund can take place.  The customer is responsible and liable to pay all transport costs in regards the goods being returned.
